AIDT, Alabama's state-sponsored workforce training program, is hailed as one of the nation's most effective programs of its type. AIDT has provided state-of-the-art industrial training for more than 200,000 workers with more than 3,500 organizations. AIDT's services are usually cost-free for new and expanding industries in Alabama. AIDT provides a total workforce management system for:- recruiting, assessing and training potential employees
- developing and producing training materials
- providing training facilities
- delivering customized services
